I certify that I have carefully exami ned Warder William

Thomas McMullen of the Cork Female Prison, and find that he

is in a good state of health, and fit for Warder service at

Home or Abmad. On exertion he suffers from slight

palpi ta tion which is mt in any way likely to interfere
